Client Excellence Coordinator

We are looking for a Client Excellence Coordinator (CEC) to manage help manage our client relations on a daily basis. The position can be fast paced full of interaction. Related work experience in a similar field, is preferred but not required.

As a CEC, you will be the first point of contact for our company. To be successful in this position, you must have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Ultimately, a CEC’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the client has a positive and welcoming experience from the first interaction to the last interaction. Additionally, the CEC must be extremely organized and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Client Excellence Coordinator (CEC) Job Description

• Welcome clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate party.
• Hold brief meetings with clients to review documentation brought in.
• Assist with answering phones and directing calls to the correct office. When staff is not available, take messages and relaying message to the appropriate party. (Note that this is not strictly a receptionist position. This position will simply assist with phone duties.)
• Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments and updating staff calendars.
• Scan, file, and maintain electronic documents and records.
• Checking in client documents and getting items to appropriate staff members.
• Correspond with clients via phone / text / email to obtain missing information and documents.
• Must have available transportation. The job may require work related errands, going to post office, picking up supplies, traveling to/from clients, etc.
• Work hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. January – April, extra hours may be requested. Summer hours may be flexible.
