Receptionist Position Available

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Previous work experience, as a Receptionist, is not required, but preferred.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. To be successful as a receptionist, you must have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes clients and visitors positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Receptionist Job Description

• Welcome clients and visitors at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate party.
• Answer the phones and direct calls to the correct office. When staff is not available, take messages and relaying message to the appropriate party.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain staff calendars.
• Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Checking in client documents and getting items to appropriate staff members.
• Must have available transportation. The job may require work related errands, going to post office, picking up supplies, traveling to/from clients, etc.
• Work hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. January – April, Saturday hours may be required. Summer hours may be flexible.
